Caligiuri Menu

For Dining at Caligiuri Ranch, please Be Prepared!  Please bring a Knife, Fork, Spoon, Plate, and Cup. We'll have dish washing area available

Friday Night:
Cracker Barrel - red vines, cheese slices, crackers, nacho cheese, tortilla chips, snack mix (pretzels, M&Ms, assorted nuts), lemonade, hot chocolate

Saturday:
To start the day we'll have coffee, tea, hot chocolate.

Breakfast:
Biscuits and gravy, Scrambled eggs, orange juice and milk.

Lunch:
Make your own sandwiches (hoagie buns, variety of cold cuts, lettuce, tomatoes) with bags of chips and drink (lemonade and water).  Cookies for dessert.

Dinner:
Chili (one pot spicy and one mild) and cornbread (with jalapenos and without), lemonade and water, brownies.

Saturday night:
